# IMcpTaskInputSignalBus

## Definition

**Assembly:** CloudNimble.McpEssentials.Core.dll

**Namespace:** CloudNimble.McpEssentials.Core.Tasks

## Syntax

```csharp theme={null}
CloudNimble.McpEssentials.Core.Tasks.IMcpTaskInputSignalBus
```

## Summary

Fan-out for `InputResponseReceived`
across processes. Stores with no native pub/sub (Entity Framework Core, distributed cache,
Azure Tables) take this as an optional constructor argument.

## Remarks

Payload is task id plus request id only. Do not put tokens, vault ids, or elicitation
secrets on the bus; the store already has the response body. Missing bus plus multiple
nodes means elicitation waits until timeout.

## Methods

### PublishAsync Abstract

Publishes that *requestId* on *taskId* was resolved.

#### Syntax

```csharp theme={null}
System.Threading.Tasks.Task PublishAsync(string taskId, string requestId, System.Threading.CancellationToken cancellationToken)
```

#### Parameters

| Name | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `taskId` | `string` | The task whose input was resolved. |
| `requestId` | `string` | The input request identifier. |
| `cancellationToken` | `System.Threading.CancellationToken` | Cancellation token for the publish. |

#### Returns

Type: `System.Threading.Tasks.Task`

### Subscribe Abstract

Subscribes to resolved-input signals. The handler receives task id then request id.

#### Syntax

```csharp theme={null}
System.IDisposable Subscribe(System.Action<string, string> handler)
```

#### Parameters

| Name | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `handler` | `System.Action<string, string>` | Invoked when another node publishes a resolved input. |

#### Returns

Type: `System.IDisposable`
A subscription that stops delivery when disposed.
