EdmLib facade for the `Microsoft.OData.Mcp.V1` vocabulary shipped in Core.

## Remarks

Parse the Core CSDL once and expose the [IEdmTerm](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/microsoft.odata.edm.vocabularies.iedmterm) values hosts stamp onto a service model.
