Summary

Maps McpTaskEntity to a table (default McpTasks) with owner, work-window, and discard indexes and an application-managed concurrency token. Protocol enums and payloads convert to strings. StoredMcpTask.DiscardAfter stores UTC ticks so every provider, including SQLite, can ExecuteDelete on the stamp.
