Names and values in this class are normative per specs/v3/AUTHENTICATION.md “Constants (excerpt)”. ODataMcpAuthConstants.MicrosoftGraphResourceAppId exists so tests and logs can detect the Microsoft Graph challenge trap, not so it can be used as a client id.
